Torrevieja and its origins

Identity and miscegenation

During the 17th, 18th and 19th of October TORREVIEJA will become the centre of the gastronomy of the C. Valenciana with the aim of highlighting the value of LOCAL PRODUCTS, as well as the mixture of gastronomic mix of cultures that can be found in the city.
For this purpose, chefs from different parts of the Valencian Community and the municipality of Torrevieja will present their different dishes with local and Vega Baja products.
